Terms of Service

HotBunny.ai (“HotBunny.ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI platform to generate adult-oriented images from user inputs (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

18+ ONLY — You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant you meet this requirement and consent to adult content.

1. The Service

1.1 Nature of Content

All visual depictions are synthetic (AI-generated). They do not depict real persons. No real individuals are used or portrayed.

1.2 No Professional Advice

The Service is a creative/entertainment tool. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or other professional services.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

2.1 Age

You must be 18+ / age of majority. We may require age or identity verification and may suspend access if verification fails.

2.2 Registration

  • Safeguard your credentials; you are responsible for all activity.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2.3 One Account Policy

  • You may maintain only one account per person.
  • Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.
  • The ban for multiple accounts is permanent. Any account re-created by the same person will be immediately banned.
  • You may not sell your account.

2.4 Third-Party Login

If you use Google or similar, you authorize us to receive account information consistent with that service’s settings.

3. User Conduct & Content Rules

3.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for prompts, outputs, posts, comments, descriptions and any other content you create or share. Your use must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

3.2 Strictly Prohibited Content

  • CSAM/minors: any sexual, suggestive, or “appearing to be” minor content (including age-regressed or youthful-looking characters). Any prompt referencing “child”, “underage”, “childish” or similar, and any attempt to make a character look younger through childlike attributes (flat chest, childlike face, small body), is treated as intent to generate such content.
  • Non-consensual acts, sexual violence, promotion of exploitation and human trafficking. This includes any reference to “rape”, “forced”, “non-consensual” or equivalent euphemisms and coded language, as well as images deliberately depicting distress (tears, injuries, fear) in a sexual context.
  • Content depicting a lack of capacity to consent, including characters portrayed as drugged, intoxicated, unconscious, asleep, hypnotized, or otherwise incapacitated in a sexual context.
  • Content depicting characters drinking alcohol or portrayed as drunk or intoxicated.
  • Content depicting characters consuming or using drugs, the presence of drugs or drug paraphernalia, or characters portrayed as high or intoxicated by drugs.
  • Incest or sexual activity between family members, including step-family, and any equivalent euphemisms or coded language.
  • Extreme fetishes such as bestiality, necrophilia, or scatophilia, as well as urine, excrement, or other bodily-waste content. Furry content, tentacles, and fantastical creatures are allowed, but realistic domestic animals depicted having sex with a human or human form are prohibited.
  • Extreme violence, gore, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, or “snuff”, and any sexual content combining weapons, self-harm, or suicide.
  • Firearms of any kind, real or stylized (including pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, and machine guns), whether held, displayed, holstered, or merely present in the scene, as well as any threat, intimidation, or violence involving a weapon (such as a weapon aimed or pointed at a character, or a character held at gun- or knifepoint).
  • Sexualized depictions of real, identifiable individuals without their consent, including deepfakes, face-swaps, and non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”).
  • Voyeurism without consent, such as hidden-camera, “upskirt”, or peeping scenarios presented as real.
  • Any content that facilitates or promotes illegal physical services, including human trafficking, prostitution, or escort solicitation.
  • Promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, terrorism, violent extremism, or any other illegal activity.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, or doxxing.
  • Any other content that is illegal or otherwise violates applicable laws, these Terms, or the standards of any card association.

    • Any content that does not comply with these Terms will be immediately deleted and the account will be subject to a warning. A user that has already been warned will be permanently banned and will not be allowed to create a new account.

This list is not exhaustive. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you generate, upload, or share is legal under all applicable laws and does not violate any card association standards.

Any attempt to circumvent these rules and security mechanisms (use of substitute keywords) will be considered a deliberate attempt to create prohibited content and will be punished.

3.3 IP & Likeness

  • No copyright/trademark infringement.
  • No replication of real identifiable persons without permission.
  • Only submit content you have the rights to use.

    • Any content that does not comply with these rules may be removed without notice at the request of the copyright holder.

3.4 Security & Integrity

No scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, automated abuse (bots/scripts), or load testing without written consent.

3.5 Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, temporarily or permanently suspend accounts, and report activities that we deem problematic to the appropriate authorities at our discretion. In the most extreme cases, you grant us the right to disclose the images you have generated and the prompts used to generate them to the competent authorities.

4. Crystals, Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Crystals

Image generations consume “Crystals”. Costs are shown before confirmation and depend on parameters.

4.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions allocate monthly Crystals and features. They renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize charges to your chosen method for purchases, renewals, and applicable taxes/fees.

4.4 Refunds

  • Crystal purchases: to request a refund, contact [email protected] and we will review your request.
  • Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time from your account. To request a refund for a subscription charge, contact [email protected] and we will review your request.

4.5 Pricing Changes

We may change pricing or Crystal costs; subscription price changes apply at the next renewal with prior notice.

5. Rights in the Service & Content

5.1 Our IP

The Service (software, models, code, design, graphics) is owned by HotBunny.ai and protected by IP laws. We grant a limited, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.

5.2 Generated Outputs

  • Non-Premium Subscription: All images generated without an active premium subscription belong to HotBunny.ai. You may share these images provided that the watermark remains visible and unaltered. Any removal, alteration, or obfuscation of the watermark is prohibited and may result in a warning or permanent ban.
  • Premium Subscription: All images generated while you have an active premium subscription belong to you. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize these images as you see fit, without any restrictions.

5.3 Public Posts

Public content may be viewed and interacted with by others.

5.4 License to HotBunny.ai

For content you post/share on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

You grant us the right to use prompts, settings, and outputs to operate, secure, and improve the Service and our models.

5.5 DMCA / Copyright

To report infringement, email [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the infringing content and its location; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement; and (e) a signature. We may remove content and notify the user; repeat infringers may be banned.

6. Safety, Moderation & Reporting

We may (but are not obligated to) monitor content via automated systems and human moderators. Users can report violations. We may remove content, suspend/terminate accounts, forfeit benefits, and escalate severe violations to authorities.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

  • Generated content/posts may be archived.
  • Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend/terminate immediately for violations, illegal activity, payment fraud, abuse, or extended inactivity, or where required by law.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 “As Is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8.2 No Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We do not guarantee specific output quality or availability.

8.3 User Content

We are not responsible for User Content. You interact with others at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HotBunny.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or laws; (c) your User Content; or (d) your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, email [email protected] and allow 30 days to resolve informally.

10.2 Arbitration; Class Waiver

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions or jury trials), except small claims or IP injunctive relief. Details (forum/rules) may be provided in a jurisdiction addendum.

10.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, you authorize us to provide account information, usage logs, and related evidence to our processor and card networks to dispute the chargeback.

11. Changes to Service & Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to Terms will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
  • Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect; the provision is modified only as needed.
  • No Waiver: failure to enforce is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: you may not assign without consent; we may assign without consent.
  • Force Majeure: we are not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
  • You consent to receive notices electronically.
